Lovely staff at reception and lovely lady who saw my daughter. Listened to what I said and explained to my daughter what she needed to do and was compassionate when she was a little frightened

I was cared for by HCA Catherine Langford.
She was initially nervous because my veins are notoriously difficult to get blood from due to having had chemo. But she did an amazing job. Not an ounce of pain, got it right first time and put me at ease throughout.
A very kind, caring and professional young lady and a pleasure to have had her giving my care.

I have these and many more long standing conditions (to many to write) including anxiety and IBS and I never once felt uncomfortable or like I was about to have a panic attack (aside in the waiting room around other people as that it very normal for me) but the staff put me at ease immediately and made me feel comfortable,

Nothing to be honest the service was great, considering the NHS , Doctors, walk in centres, hospitals and mental health services are so busy, all staff still had time for patients and done their jobs amazingly well and extremely efficiently.
